Dubai is in the process of revamping its traffic laws to make the city more attractive to car-owners, but the rules for car owners remain the same.
Dubai Car Modification Company, a Dubai-based company, is currently in the development phase for a new car that will stretch a length of at least 3 meters (10 feet).
The company has a patent pending on its design, but according to The Times Of India, the vehicle will likely be launched in the first half of 2019.
Dubya is a hub for the global automotive industry, with more than 30,000 cars registered in Dubai and a population of more than 1.5 million.
The city also has a major airport and is home to more than 60 percent of the world’s airlines, making it one of the busiest travel hubs in the world.
The city has seen its population increase from 2.8 million people in the year 2000 to 4.5 millions in 2015, according to the United Nations.
